ABCC (Asia Business Convention Center) CEO, Kim Sang Yeon, signed a MOA (Memorandum of Association) contract, on the 14th of October, to join as a global business partner with Vinetree CEO, Kim Sang Duck, and Chairwoman, Oh Hwa Rang.

Through this contract, ABCC, which is a FinTech firm offering Islamic-friendly services, primarily in Indonesia, aims to aggressively carry out a business that combines global FinTech and gaming, which have respectively seen surges in usership and market growth. In cooperation with Vinetree’s global gaming SNS platform, which has seen massive domestic success in South Korea with over 3 million Google Play store downloads, and its slated international release in the second half of this year, makes this a visionary match.

Through its joint operation with FinTech giant, i-Cash, in Indonesia, ABCC is connected to a network infrastructure of 170 million members, 4 million businesses, 800 schools, and 6,000 chain stores. This project is expected to commercialize itself from January 2020, drawing great interest and response from domestic and overseas FinTech industries.

In particular, China’s UnionPay points have been agreed upon as an acceptable payment method in Korea and the terms of implementation are being negotiated. The sharp growth of Kakao Talk in Korea and Tencent in China in their respective business sectors is attributed to their active game publishing business in the early days of the business. Due to this fact, ABCC will also launch their own game publishing business for Southeast Asian countries and Islamic countries in cooperation with Vinetree.

We look forward to witnessing the future of this great partnership between two promising companies in ever growing global FinTech and gaming sectors.
